Activated carbon filter »SYNTESI«, size 2, G 3/8, p1 max. = 13 bar, 0. 003 mg/m³, RMSA semi-automatic, T = -10 … 50 °CActivated carbon filters absorb dirt particles (oils, solvents and hydrocarbons) from the compressed air. Pre-filtration (5 µm) and oil filtration (0. 01 µm) are strongly advised. The RMSA drain closes at approx. 1 bar and drains when depressurized. It can be locked manually if required. The cartridge must be replaced at set intervals as there is no difference in load loss between an efficient cartridge and a saturated one. N. B. : to ensure the performance and duration stated on the data sheet, the load loss (ΔP) must not exceed 75 mbar. On the front and back there is a port (G 1/8 for size 1 and G 1/4 for size 2) that can be used with pressure gauges, pressure switches or as an additional air outlet. The air taken from here is not filtered by the activated-carbon cartridge. ATEX version on request!
