Additionally, a micro-edge tooth geometry with precision-ground teeth ensures maximum lifetime. Speed and blade life in thick materials are further increased by 2x2 large tooth pitch geometry. The BIM (bi-metal) blade is designed for cutting regular-strength steel materials. Its large tooth pitch (2.5+3.2 mm) can be used on pipes and profiles with a wall thickness of 4 mm to 12 mm.
