Its stable X-cloth backing provides stability and durability during the sanding process for impressive surface finishes. Furthermore, its zirconia alumina abrasive grit delivers a brilliant removal rate along with high durability. The added cooling aid ensures cool grinding with minimal discolouration of the workpiece. It is intended for general use on difficult metal materials including welds and joints and grinding off rolling skins. It is also suitable for work on stainless steel and titanium as well as non-ferrous metals. It features electrostatically close-grain distribution and cooling additives for optimal sanding behaviour on metal surfaces. The grit is bonded using fully synthetic resin on X-cloth for high work stability and wear resistance with high removal rate in heavy-duty applications.
